Another fine collection of songs from the guys. I think I can speak for all of us when I say that we looked forward to and enjoyed every minute working on the music. We always recorded on a Wednesday, just habit I suppose, some of the songs were completed in a day with the same care, attention to detail and dedication as the songs that can take a week of Wednesdays to get right.  'Songs of our lives' is a superb album and 'Famous faces' is the perfect follow up. The blend of voices are ideally matched and the identity grows stronger with each new album.

FAMOUS FACES

This year they have again been joined by David to record and produce a new set of songs pulling on all their personal thoughts and experiences to come up with melodies and lyrics that reflect their own feelings of everyday life. Following up on the success of ‘SONGS OF OUR LIVES’ this album of original music has been written and recorded with the same passion.The title FAMOUS FACES ON A BAR ROOM WALL’ comes from a pilgrimage they make to Liverpool each year to play a ‘live session’ on the last Sunday in August at the world famous ‘WHITE STAR BAR’ Kenny says “Last year’s session went on for 6 hours!! which was kept going by Jackie & Alfie’s great hospitality throughout the day in this great place, come a see us on Sunday 26th August ‘The White Star’ is still a timeless, friendly bar were you get welcomed with the atmosphere of the real Merseyside from a time gone by.
